Bernard A. Williams, Esq. To Teach Business Law 101 at Main Line School Night

Renowned Attorney and Business Advisor Shares Legal Expertise Harmonized with Real World Entrepreneurial Acumen in New Workshop

ARDMORE, Penn. – Starting on October 6, Bernard A. Williams, Esq., will teach “Business Law 101,” a series of workshops that is part of the Main Line School Night educational network. First launched in 1938, Main Line School Night is a nonprofit organization that provides adults with opportunities to pursue lifelong learning through a wide selection of personal growth and enrichment classes.

“Business Law 101” will include three sessions, “Forming Your New Business Entity,” “Understanding Contracts,” and “Employment Law Basics.” The curriculum is designed to help workshop attendees learn how to properly insulate themselves and their families from their company’s liabilities, how to negotiate and evaluate contracts before signing them and how to build a productive staff while minimizing messy and expensive lawsuits by employees.

“I am looking forward to connecting with the wonderful entrepreneurs and small business owners in Pennsylvania who are looking to grow and develop healthy and successful businesses,” said Williams. “This series of classes will provide everyone with the tools and mindset they need to achieve their dreams and change their lives for the better.”

Bernard A. Williams is a partner in Legis Group, LLC, a Philadelphia-based law firm where he represents local and regional small business owners. He is also a small business advisor with clients across the U.S.  Williams leverages his legal expertise and small business background to help his clients identify problems, decide the best course of action and devise and implement a customized solution.

Williams is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he served as staff editor and associate editor on the NYU Law Review. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Arthur T. Vanderbilt Medal, the highest honor that is bestowed upon an NYU School of Law graduate, in recognition of his achievements and ongoing commitment to the law school.
